Liberal Democrat membership has been surging!
Nationally we had record local election results in 2018 and 2019, and locally the Liberal Democrats achieved excellent results in the 2019 European elections. In the General Election in December 2019 our candidate Heather Kidd was in second place in the Ludlow constituency.
Ed Davey was elected Leader of the Liberal Democrats by members of the Party in August 2020.
The Liberal Democrats are a membership organisation – joining automatically makes you part of the party nationally and locally. You can become a member or a registered supporter. Whichever you decide to do, we’ll keep you up to date with what’s happening locally and nationally and you would be very welcome to help in our campaigning!
